4. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the copyright claimant
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
